This page describes the data we handle in the product today. It does not create rights or guarantees beyond what is required by applicable law.

• Email address (required for authentication)
• Full name
• Business name

Feedback and Product Analytics

• Feedback form responses you submit
• Page path and attribution tags sent with feedback submissions
• Product usage events such as page views, demo usage, and feedback interactions

Invoice Data

• Client names and email addresses
• Invoice amounts and due dates
• Payment status
• Reminder history

Technical Data

We may collect:

• IP address
• Location metadata from infrastructure headers, which may include city, region, country, timezone, latitude, and longitude
• Browser and device information

This data is used for security purposes and to improve our service.

• Provide and maintain the invoice reminder service
• Send reminder emails to your clients on your behalf
• Authenticate and secure your account

We do not sell your personal information. We may send or share your data with external services where needed to operate the product, provide support, process billing, deliver emails, collect feedback, analyze usage, or support integrations.

• Email service providers to send reminder emails

• Billing, accounting, and infrastructure services when you use payment or accounting features or when the product relies on hosted systems

We aim to minimize the personal data shared with these providers, but some usage and account-linked data may still be processed by them as part of the service.

Depending on your location, applicable law may grant you certain rights regarding your personal data. Below is what you can do in the product today:

• View your account, business, and invoice data in the dashboard and Settings pages
• Correct profile and business information via Settings
• Delete your account and core application data from within the product

We do not currently offer an automated data export or portability feature. If you need a copy of your data or have a rights request we cannot fulfill in-product, contact us at privacy@remitae.com and we will handle it manually. Some requests may require identity verification or coordination with third-party service providers.

7. Cookies

We use cookie categories that include necessary cookies, analytical cookies, functional cookies, and marketing cookies. Necessary cookies support sign-in, security, and core product functionality. Analytical and functional cookies may be used for product analytics, attribution, performance measurement, and feedback tools. Marketing cookies are reserved for future marketing tooling and may not always be active.

Optional categories are enabled by default until you reject them or save different preferences. You can change these preferences at any time using the cookie settings control in the interface.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons. When you delete your account, we begin removing core application data from our systems, but some records held by infrastructure providers, billing providers, analytics providers, or log systems may remain until they are deleted or expire under those systems' retention schedules.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are used where required, but our service does rely on third-party providers that may process data in multiple jurisdictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
